Why did you want to bring a restaurant to the D.C. area?
I’ve always loved the DC metro area. I've been coming down here for many years, and getting to discover so many incredible and diverse flavors you have here from Maryland seafood to great Ethiopian food, too. It's exciting to be a part of the community now.
We noticed Prince George's Apple Cheddar Pie and Run DMV, among other regional references on the menu. Why was it important to recognize the region at Marcus at MGM National Harbor?
These regional influences and ties are what makes the food really unique and memorable.
